Here you will find our delivery times, as well as the specifics related to certain destinations.

Our delivery times:

France	10 to 14 working days
Europe	10 to 18 working days
Rest of the world	15 to 25 working days

 

 

Deadline specific to certain destinations :

U.S.A	10 to 15 working days
Canada	10 to 20 working days
Brazil	30 to 40 working days

 

Due to Brexit, all deliveries to the UK may be extended. We will keep you informed of the progress of your package in real time and we will also give you a Tracking Number.

We cannot be held for responsible for late deliveries to the UK.

 

Returns and Refund:

We do our utmost to guarantee you a product that meets your requirements and thus offer you the best customer service you can demand.

However, there are times when the product you receive does not meet your expectations. This is why we guarantee you a completely free return (at our expense) and a full refund of your order within 60 days of receipt of your package.

Return conditions:

- You have 60 days from the date of receipt of your package to return it to us.

- The products must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.

- Protective labels and stickers must be intact.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Upon verification of the good condition of the items and approval by our after-sales service, we will refund your order in full as well as the return costs.
